FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good to know.
Before we get started.

Key answers about our services, working together and what happens after handover.

How much does a website cost?

Our provisional guide prices start at CHF 1’900 for a compact website, CHF 3’900 for a business website and CHF 6’900 for an extended business website. After the initial conversation, the agreed scope and price are set out in a written proposal.

What is included in the price?

Your chosen package includes one language, a mobile-friendly layout, a contact form and two consolidated revision rounds before handover. You provide the finished text and images. It also includes a total of three hours for small content changes, available during the first six months after handover. Hosting, domain and licences are listed separately.

How long does a project take?

This depends on the scope, the content provided and the coordination required. Once we have clarified your requirements, the written proposal will include an agreed timeline.

What content do I need to provide?

You provide the finished text, images, your logo and the required company and contact details. Together, we clarify in advance what content your pages need. Please make sure you have permission to use the images and text.

How do we work together?

Your non-binding enquiry is followed by an initial conversation. We then provide a written proposal with the scope, price and timeline. Development and the agreed check-ins begin only after you accept. The project concludes with handover; technical support is optional.

What content changes are included after handover?

Website packages include a total of three hours for small changes to existing text, images or contact details. You can use these within the first six months after handover. This is not three hours per month, unlimited changes or a free support subscription.

What happens after the included change allowance?

Once the three hours have been used or the six months have passed, further small content changes cost CHF 120 per hour. We provide a cost estimate and obtain your approval first. New pages, new features and larger design changes receive a separate quote. We handle any deviations from our agreed scope separately from additional requests.

What ongoing costs are there?

Hosting, domain and any licences are listed separately. For a simple website built by us, you can also choose a support subscription for CHF 149 per month. Support for internal web apps built by us is priced individually.

Is the support subscription mandatory?

No. The subscription is optional. It covers agreed technical maintenance and assistance, totalling up to one hour per month for a simple website built by us. We discuss and obtain approval for additional work in advance.

Do you support websites or apps built by others?

No. We provide technical support exclusively for our own projects. The support subscription applies only to simple websites we have built. Support for our internal web apps is agreed individually.

Can I edit the content myself?

The extended business website includes content editing and an introduction to using it. This feature is not included as standard with the compact or business website packages. We discuss your needs during our conversation.

How much do internal web apps cost?

We prepare a tailored quote. The price and timeline depend on your requirements, workflows and the features you need. An internal task overview or enquiry management tool are possible examples, not features included as standard.

Does my enquiry place an order?

No. Your project enquiry is non-binding and does not trigger a purchase or an automatic contract. The form in this local preview does not send anything.
